Position Overview:
We are in search of a Registration Specialist. This person would have a background in administrative or clerical services, bookkeeping, and detailed records management.
Job responsibilities would include drafting and filing compliance registration applications to government agencies by paper and electronically, conducting thorough and accurate research, and meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLA) such as response time and filing deadlines.
Qualifications:
Our ideal team member will be a responsible individual with good attention-to-detail, organizational, and time-management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of professional work experience are required. This person must have a service-oriented mindset plus interpersonal, accurate computer/data entry, and oral and written communication skills.
Experience with macOS, Google G Suite, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

This is a fully remote position, but employees are also welcome to work in one of our offices in Lancaster, PA, or Rockville, MD at their discretion. This is also a full-time position working from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.
